At Compass Business Solutions we believe that
the best software solutions will fail without preparation and the
creation of a knowledgeable workforce. Successful software and business
process implementations involve everyone at every level in your company.
Everyone needs to understand and commit to the project’s goals and
objectives.
We believe that the education process must be
supported from top management down. The assignment of project team
members is critical. No group can be left out. The entire project team
should receive all core training to understand how actions can impact
various groups in an organization. This process can help strengthen a
team’s dynamics. The project team will begin working and learning
together. They will be able to analyze business practices and determine
the appropriate software and business solutions. Closer to
implementation, the critical mass needs to be trained on functionality
specific to their needs. This training is best performed hands-on using
your company test database and your documented procedures.
Compass Business Solutions can help you develop
the knowledgeable work force that drives the software and business
process changes through implementation and beyond. It is our objective
to make sure our customers are self-sufficient and able to optimize
their use of the software.
Compass Business Solutions Instructors have
years of industry experience, education and training. They are certified
in the QAD software and hold APICS, CPA, CTT and other certifications as
well. Our training style provides an interactive, highly charged
environment.
